As Director of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Ms. Peterson is responsible for the overall operation of this 1,800-acre wildlife preserve located near Escondido. She is responsible for the ongoing conservation science activities at the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research, and at field sites in 35 countries around the world.

Dr. Lamberski serves San Diego Zoo Global as Corporate Director of Animal Health, overseeing the departments of Veterinary Services and Nutritional Services for both the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. In her role, Dr. Lamberski supervises a staff of veterinarians, nutritionists, technicians, and hospital keepers seeing to the health and well being of over 7,000 animals.
