Member Reservations Now Required
Member reservations are now required for the Zoo and Safari Park. You will need a valid membership ID to make a reservation.
Please Note: For online membership purchases, please read below:
* Our system requires a minimum of 48 hours to process online transactions.
* Member reservations are required using a valid membership ID. Online attempts with an invalid ID will result in an error message.
* New online purchases: Please open email confirmation for instructions on how to make an online member reservation.
For online renewals: If you have a membership card and ID number, you can make a reservation online 48 hours after renewing online.
* Membership cards and guest coupons will be mailed after the 48-hour processing time.
* New membership cards may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

We understand that the Zoo and Safari Park are extraordinary places that play an important role in all of our lives. As a special member of our family, memberships active at the time of our December COVID-19 closure (12/7/2020), or purchased during the closure, have been extended to accommodate the length of time that we were closed. Your membership has been extended automatically and there isn’t any action on your part to complete this process.
